Q    How do I know if I have an e-Services@ONE.MOTORING user account?
A If you are the registered owner of a vehicle-related asset as at 23 February 2006, your User ID and Password would have been sent to you (for non-Singaporeans and non-Singapore PRs only). If you are a Singaporean or Singapore PR, you can simply use your SingPass to log in to the e-Services@ONE.MOTORING from 6 a.m. on 28 February 2006 onwards.

If you register a vehicle-related asset on or after 28 February 2006, and you do not have an existing user account on e-Services@ONE.MOTORING, you will receive a confirmation letter on the successful registration of the asset. The letter will also advise you on the status of your user account. Singaporeans and Singapore PRs can use their SingPass to access their user account immediately.

Non-Singaporeans and non-Singapore PR owners will need to visit LTA's office at Sin Ming Drive during our operating hours to apply for or activate your user account. This is required as we need to verify your identity, registered address and other important information, and ensure that your User ID and Password are given to the correct person. This will help to minimise any potential misuse or unauthorised use of your user account.

To apply for a user account (not applicable to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs), you need to complete an application form and submit the relevant identification documents for our verification. Click here for a list of the identification documents required.
